I keep getting rejected because they say my logo is not permanently attached to the product or packaging, My product is soft and doesn't have a logo afixed to but I have sent many pictures of the packaging with the logo permanently attached as per the guidelines. I have replied to the emails only to be told to resubmit which I have many many times, I'm stuck in this loop and could use some advice or help moving forward, Thanks in advance for your time.

My brand registered on Amazon in 2019 under one name. We changed the brand name slightly in 2021 (removed a letter and took the Inc off). We own the trademark for both the new name and the old name. Amazon has approved the trademark for the new name in Brand Registry and associated the old name to it (without the Inc.). Our products still show under the old name because Amazon refuses to let us update them.

Multiple of our listings have been highjacked by everyone's favorite highjacker- dzotmyn. I'm trying to have the brand restored to our original brand. However, when I go in to make changes to listings under the original name, I sometimes get a message that the brand name is not approved by Amazon (although, we've been selling under that brand for 6 years). For the life of me, I cannot figure out what to do to make our inventory clean and would like to speak to someone knowledgeable in seller support (I know, I know) that can help me untangle this.

Before our first brand highjacking, everything worked well. I could make edits to the listings and I was satisfied (but not happy) with using the old brand name. I just want to be able to sell my products and give Amazon their chunk and go on with my life. Unfortunately, I've already spent 30 minutes creating a support case and speaking to seller support to be told that seller support can't help me and they will send me a link to create a new support case. (Case ID: 17373029031)

@Seller_t9kvdr2yixQej or @Seller_PIHyltK09pbl3are you able to offer assistance? Last time I had a similar issue, it took weeks to resolve and I'm still unable to edit my product.

Buyer ordered 2nd day air I shipped right away! Apparently after item was shipped a cancellation request was made thru Amazon and of course denied as item was already shipped. As seller I was not even notified of cancellation request. Buyer left negative feedback that I would not allow cancellation. Which is obviously not true. This has put me over 1% ODR and lost all my featured offer. This has caused virtually no sales for a week I do not feel this is warranted and asking to expedite this process of removal if possible. I know feedback removal is almost impossible but at least remove it from my ODR as I did everything correctly.

Need Help – Removal Order Stuck for Over 90 Days!

I created a removal order (ID: 24120413QO), and Amazon initially stated that it would be delivered within 14 to 90 days. However, it has now exceeded the 90-day SLA, and for the past month, I have been told that it is in the pending pickup stage with no further updates.

I have opened countless cases, but every time, I receive the same template response with no real solution. My latest Case ID: 17390389121, and yet, I still don’t have a clear answer on when I will receive my product.

This is very poor service from Amazon, and I just want a clear time frame for when my product will be delivered. If there is an issue, please tell me so I can resolve it.

Has anyone else faced this issue? How did you get it resolved? Any help would be appreciated!

Account Deactivated and Need Help

I set up an account and completed identify verification a week back (2/27/25). The Amazon associate told me to watch for an email or check my account in 3 business days, as did the message on my account screen when I was done. I've been watching/checking the last two days as today is the 6th business day so wondering how long it will take? @Seller_NGsbQYFacZKVLhoping you can assist as I saw you on some other posts with similar issues.

Recently had a return of headphones. After receiving the return package, it was empty, with packing paper stuffed inside the box.

I thought since, “The buyer returned an item that was materially different from the item you shipped to the buyer”, it would get approved.

I went ahead and opened SAFE-T claim, since the item was NOT returned to me. It was declined. After re-opening it three times, the claim was still declined. They claimed that “The issue you reported is not covered by the Prepaid Returns for Seller Fulfilled Order program”.

Any thoughts on what to do next? I did provide all the photos I could possibly provide (of an empty box and labels). “We understand that you may not agree, however, we stand by our decision”, was their last response.

In December 2024, funds suddenly disappeared from both the USA and Canada marketplaces. We’ve been in touch with Seller Support and the funds department email, multiple times over the past few weeks, but we haven’t been able to get a clear answer on what happened or how to recover them. USA Marketplace - ($213,688.38 + $206,194.99 = $419,800.51) CA Marketplace - ($57,131.16) - For a Total = $476,931.67

In transaction view you can see the funds vanished Dec 13th 2024

Counting down the days until I leave this God forsaken site. The scamming is completely out of control. I honestly want to see Amazon go down in flames. They deserve it for allowing unchecked scamming to continue just so they can line their pockets. Absolute worst place for small businesses to sell on. This is a sinking ship I'm getting out while I can.

I need some help. I have this store that I opened many years ago when I didn’t know much, but now I know a bit more and want to start selling with FBA.

I’vea lready submitted the invoice from my supplier, payment proof, and order confirmations via email and on the website, but I’m not sure what else they need from me. I just want to activate the store for FBA.
