As we gear up for the holiday shopping season, let's take a moment to talk turkey—or maybe not turkey at all! I'm curious about your thoughts on Thanksgiving cuisine, and I want to stir the gravy boat a little.

Here's my burning question: What do you think is the most overrated Thanksgiving food item?

Is it the classic green bean casserole that always seems to have more mushroom soup than actual vegetables? Perhaps it's the cranberry sauce that comes out of the can with those distinctive ridges intact. Or maybe—dare I say it—you think the revered turkey itself doesn't live up to the hype?

Dear Amazon Support Team,

My Amazon Japan seller account was deactivated on October 19, 2024. Despite submitting the required documents multiple times and ensuring that my business model complies with Amazon policies, the Amazon Japan account health team has failed to verify my documents. I completed a virtual identity verification on November 13, 2024, and received a message on November 15, 2024, stating that my identity verification was successful. However, it has been a week and there has been no update from the Amazon Japan account health team; my account remains deactivated.

I submitted a support request a few days ago under Case ID: 2909502243. The instructions directed me to appeal my Amazon USA seller account. Today, the Amazon USA account health team advised me to appeal to the Amazon Japan account health team. Please help, as both teams are directing me to each other, and there seems to be no one who can resolve this issue.

I am asking for urgent help!

When I click on Create New Listing , I keep getting this message -->" You’re currently unable to add or edit listings because either the credit or debit card on file is invalid or it is in the process of validating, which could take up to 24 hours. Ensure that you have a valid credit or debit card uploaded in Account Settings.".

I have already updated my credit card on file and it is valid. Also, my account has been validated and its been more than 72 hours. So why this message still?

Anybody has the same issue as my case and get some assistance if somebody has the same issue.

I have been selling on Amazon this brand Since two year ago. When I tried to resend the inventory last Friday, it comes with error message, "Product requires approval to sell"

It happens to six ASINs are all high selling products over a year, I already placed order lots of inventory to restock by Amazon's recommend qty guide, however, they suddenly put some restriction on these ASINs without any notification or letter, thus over 40k fund are frozen now.. I can't even send inventory no longer,, and the inventory that I placed order for restock keeps coming to my warehouse.

I have not received any waring, IP complaints and notifications from Amazon, customers and brand owner.

How can I sell the products on Amazon in the future with Amazon's putting restriction unexpectedly, just losing all money to run this business?

When I click the button to fix the listing issue, and it takes me to a section that says:

"Request selling approval for policy compliance.

Reason: Product requires approval to sell."

I then click Request Approval, and it says

"We are not accepting applications to sell:

Going to add product, I put ASIN for getting approval, it shows "not available"

And shows This product has other listing limitations.

Collectible, Refurbished, Used conditions: You cannot list the product in this condition. ( I never ever sell used product)

They don't even let me try to get approval. it's extremely frustrating.

I don't understand what is going on since my account health score is 1000,

Amazon seller support team said,

Please note that Amazon randomly inspects listings to ensure compliance with our policies, which can result in restrictions being applied even to previously sold items.

How possibly does it happen to all high selling ASINs without valid reason?

We’ve been experiencing a serious issue over the past few weeks. Towards the end of October, 4 of our ASINs suddenly disappeared from Amazon search results. These products were previously ranking on the first page for our main keywords, but now they are not showing up at all.

The affected ASINs include 4 asin.

We did not make any major changes to product titles, descriptions, or backend keywords.

We did not receive any notifications from Amazon regarding listing removal or suspension.

The disappearance from search results happened abruptly and has severely impacted our sales.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue recently? Any suggestions on how to resolve this? We have already contacted Amazon Seller Support but have not received a satisfactory response yet.

We received a product authenticity complaint on 11/14/24. Amazon deactivated our account. We promptly provided all receipts, pictures and a clear supply chain. Initial response was they needed more information. We resubmitted and highlighted all the required information. On Sunday, we were cleared of violation and the letter said we were authorized to sell the product. The letter instructed us on how to relist the ASIN. We though we were good to go from there.

They didn't reactivate our account, they just gave the ok to sell the ASIN apparently. I have called everyday and talked to the Account Health team. I get a different response each time. The response on Sunday night told me we were all clear and should be reactivated in 24-72hrs. I called back on Monday and was told I needed to resubmit my documents again to the Account Reactivation team. I did that with all the same documents that clearing the Authenticity complaint. Again I have been calling everyday. Each person I talk to say they can see the required documents and will suggest reactivation of our account right away.

Then this morning I received a message from Amazon saying more information was required and they could not reactivate our account. They said they don't have the required documentation. I submitted an appeal with the documents once again this morning.

We are losing thousands of dollars in revenue a day and are completely at a loss. We have never sold this product and we still have the product in hand. We have submitted those pictures as well.

How can we get cleared from any violations and still have our account deactivated and all of our payouts on hold. This is devastating to a small business. We are not just a part time seller, this is our livelihood. Please someone at Amazon look at this and help us get our account back online. We have 2000 listings that we can't sell and 7500 product in FBA scheduled for removal. We have done nothing wrong and proved it.

Hello Amazon Seller Support,

I am writing to request the removal of a customer review that has been posted on one of my product listings. The review in question pertains to issues caused by Amazon's Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) service, namely slow delivery and product damage.

According to Amazon's review policies, reviews that primarily discuss fulfillment experiences or shipping delays fall under feedback, not product reviews, and are therefore eligible for removal.

Review Date: November 11, 2024

Review Content: Arrived very late. All wrinkled and with the hanging broken.
