Hi All,

I am trying to get hundreds of my books to upload successfully. When I display the Fix Your Products page, I notice that Amazon is flagging a large number of my books because they supposedly have the wrong date.

My dates are correct; it's the listing detail page that's wrong. I don't want to change my records to make the date wrong, so I'm wondering: If I simply delete the data in my date field (i.e. leave the date field blank), but add the correct date in the Notes field for the information of the customer, will Amazon accept the offer?

I.e., will leaving the date field blank resolve the issue?

Thanks to anyone who has insight on this matter!

Dear Amazon,

Not that I expect you to CARE, but my FULFILLMENT TIME is specifically set where it is SO THAT I CAN MANAGE MY CHEMO TREATMENTS AND RESULTING INCAPACITATION. So as I struggle to balance 2 jobs + keeping my family afloat during 6 months of HORRIFIC Chemo, I want to THANK YOU FOR ATTEMPTING TO PUNISH ME for - every once in a while - when I can actually RESPOND TO YOUR CUSTOMERS a little FASTER than they expected.

GO ON - PUNISH ME... BECAUSE CHEMO ISN'T BAD ENOUGH. GO AHEAD - Take away my ability to set my own fulfillment times. GO ON. DO IT. And when you and all your bots and droids are satisfied (because we all know that they ONLY THING THAT MATTERS TO AMAZON IS ITS ABILITY TO CONTROL ITS DOMAIN) just remember that KARMA IS VICIOUS.

Amazon should be advertising more now and trying to make up for the recent public policy choices Amazon has made. They should be 100% business focused and more neutral on other things.

3rd party seller paying for storefronts monthly deserve more effort to advertise positively. 3rd party sellers must pay additional high seller fees on every sales transaction. Frustrating that Amazon sales are down and very little product views are coming through now from the latest boycotts and tariff chaos. Seems Amazon does not care.

When we restocked this week, we found this asin could not be restocked and was restricted, requiring a sales application to be submitted. Why?

We still have FBA inventory. It isour brand when searched on the help page. The purchase page also shows it is our brand. But we do not have editing rights or the right to send replenishment.

We have contact support team 3 days ago, they refreshed our brand and tell us to wait for 48 hours. Today, it is still a restricted asin for us.

Dear Amazon FBA Logistic Team

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment regarding a shipment I sent to Amazon in September 2024. It has been months, and I have yet to receive any update or resolution on this matter. This is utterly unacceptable, and I demand immediate action.

According to what my carrier told me, the appointment information updated at 10/16/2024/ 18:00EDT, the appointmentID is 77089034979. It's been a long time ago. But I still haven't received the goods, and there's no investigation being opened, let alone compensation. It's just 38PCS! Why so difficult?

Despite numerous follow-ups and requests for updates, your team has done nothing but delay the investigation process. Every time I contact support, I am given vague responses, empty promises, and no concrete answers. This is not the level of service I expected from a company of Amazon’s reputation.
