We have the SCBA service ( Is free for Us ) We have Won all the INR refunds ( All of Them, no exception ) for more than a Year now, seems like something weird is happening because suddenly We are receiving refund notifications Under: General Adjustment no more INR's, What kind of sneaky move is this?!!

Amazon knows that We cannot win any Safe T claim if is marked under General Adjustment!!

I'm super frustrated at this point!! seems like We ( Sellers ) always have to lose .

Any mods please We need help with this!!

I am working with a brand directly and with their permission, I have created some listings for them. The brand looks to be brand registered but does not have a storefront. The owner of the brand I am working with mentioned he looked into it a few years ago but cannot remember if they created brand registry or not.

Is there a way to find out who is the seller who is brand registered for the brand? The owner would like to have access to it and have me sell his products through the brand registry as well as a create a storefront. Any info on this would be much appreciated. Thanks for the assistance.

Hi, I’ve always received OTP by receiving a text message or a call but 4 weeks ago I started not receiving either text or call. When I select to receive a call, I receive an error. I have submitted my ID to account recovery, but received nothing by email. Anyone have this issue and were able to resolve it? I’ve submitted a case but it hasn’t been resolved. It makes it hard to do anything without being able to access from a desktop.

Got a IP complaint for a suspected counterfeit.

"Submission note: We suspect that the listed item may be a materially different product and potentially infringing our IP."

This was done with no test buy from the brand. And it was sent by a service called Reap Greyscout. As if to broadly challenge anybody on the listing immediately. I will be submitting an appeal with documentation from my supplier, etc. As going to track down all the invoices and supply chain documents with my BOL. Do I really need to track back all the invoices and documents all the way back to the manufacturer or is just my invoice with my supplier sufficient for this kind of appeal? I'm worried about taking too much time to gather all these documents if it is not necessary, but also don't want to submit with missing info they need. Any help would be appreciated.

In September, I added a brand story and created five standard A+ pages, but so far the Premium A+ content has not been refreshed. The case responses consistently tell me that updates occur every Friday and advise me to keep waiting. How should I handle this situation?

I know this problem has been posted but there aren't any solutions posted. I have to keep signing back in every 10 minutes or so. It makes really hard to get order out. I'm using Chrome on a Mac if it matters.

listing suddenly can't be searched by many keywords, except the sponored.

it always appears on 1-1, 1-2,now, which is the Amazon choice of keywords of this listing.

it's disappeared,directly. i don't mind it appeared at the 2nd,3rd page, disappeared is really can't accept and undsertand.

traffic has been dropped more than 50%, orders the same.

opened many case no one help, They don't question the issues with their internal search system.

i just doubt is there a bug? beacuse i'm not the only one.
