On March 20, 2025, we submitted an EMERGENCY FBA shipment request [Seller Support CASE ID: 17443495981] to the Amazon FBA shipment-related internal team and Amazon Escalations team for an inactive PO number (Amazon reference ID) while in transit for this delayed FBA shipment.
We request that the Amazon FBA shipment concerned internal team urgently reinstate this delayed FBA shipment on the basis of extraordinary fairness. Your attention is appreciated in this matter.
The carrier had an invalid dock appointment, which resulted in a failure to deliver the shipment these days. However, this delayed FBA shipment is now at the dock, ready for departure. The FBA shipping boxes are already labeled for an Amazon FBA FC.
The PO number (Amazon reference ID) became invalid on March 17, 2025, following Amazon FBA's automatic closure of this delayed shipment after 90 days.
Furthermore, the carrier is no longer able to return this delayed FBA shipment from the dock and change the Amazon FBA FC addresses with shipping relabeling because all these shipments have already been directed towards a specific Amazon FBA FC in NJ; as a result, the CHANGE of NEW Amazon FBA FC addresses would incur huge RE-SCHEDULED SHIPPING fees and RE-LABELING fees, which the carrier is no longer able to fulfill !!
This is an EMERGENCY SHIPMENT CASE for this delayed FBA shipment, and it is crucial to REINSTATE this INVALID PO number !!
We kindly request that the Amazon FBA shipment-related internal team and Amazon Escalations team RE-ACTIVATE this delayed FBA shipment.
