Please help with advice.

My account was suspended and Amazon asked me to go through video verification ( video interview )

I passed the video interview without any problems, provided all the documents and my account was reinstated on June 17

On june 29 my account was suspended again ad reason - "You have been found to be related to an account beginning with MERVE DINC."

I don’t know what kind of account this is and why Amazon decided that I have a connection with some other account.

I have provided again all documents identifying my identity, as well as notarized real estate rental agreements, to confirm the registration address and business address.But I got an answer

"You have been found to be related to an account beginning with MERVE DINC.

We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time."

Please advise what can I do?

I have an Amazon seller account that I created in 2022. However, I never started selling because I was in the process of creating my own brand and product to sell on Amazon. At that time, English was not my main language, so my friend and I created our Amazon selling accounts together, and he assisted me with the video verification of my account.

Unfortunately, his seller account was never activated, and he didn't attempt to verify it further as he had started another difference business.

Last February, I received an email from Amazon stating that my account had been deactivated due to a related account issue. I explained to Amazon that my friend's Amazon account was never verified, and I hadn't even begun selling. Therefore, there was no intention of creating multiple accounts.

Initially, I informed Amazon of this, but they rejected my Plan of Action (POA). After that, I informed my friend of the issue, and he deleted his inactive account and provided photographic evidence of its deletion. I attached these proofs and crafted a POA, but this was also rejected.

Now, I'm frustrated with the situation. I would appreciate any advice on this matter. Thank you in advance.

Why can't the customer service rep answer the question.

I dread calling Amazon because the CSR does not answer the question. It literally takes at least three calls before you get someone half decent. They jump to a topic in the question. NO, I have a SPECIFIC question please answer the SPECIFIC question. Does anyone else get this nonsense?
