As most know in customer service if a customer asks you a question there isn't just 1 answer you can give everytime. However not at Amazon, if your a seller customer rep working with sellers you can just tell them for everything to delete the listing for 24 hours regardless of the problem. If the Amazon seller doesnt' like your answer they can just hang up on you in chat or the phone.

WE NEED ACCOUNTABILITY FOR AMAZON CUSTOMER REPS!! This service is awful, the answers rarely help, and I see no reason to even pay the professional fee with this comcast cable level of customer service.

I have been absent as a seller for around 5 years, and am trying to see if we can make this work for us, but I have significant issue with account setup due to the structural issues with how Amazon reals with account data.

I have unanswered support tickets and no other way to contact anyone.

Thus, does Amazon customer service still answer support tickets? Should I wait, or just give up?

Question to the person in charge of the Amazon warehouse: The PBI3 warehouse is currently closed. When will it be restored? Currently, all shipments cannot be sent by the carrier to the PBI3 warehouse. I hope to get your answer. Thank you.
