i always chat with agent customer but no solving my problem,and appeal always reject,
this my cases, my account related the other account, now i cannot login older account because deactive permanent, after email send me from amazon seller, but the new account still deactive cause related account..what should i do
finally email to new account :

Did YOU close the other account or did it get suspended permanently by Amazon?
If you closed it you MIGHT be able to create and fix the new one.
If your old account was suspended by Amazon it needs to get fixed or you are done on here permanently.
Find the suspension notice and POST THAT (the ENTIRE thing) but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
that previus account cannot login...amazon give morder to cgange password always..days by day if i wanna login amazin ordering me to change password again...again and again
If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.
Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. I no longer tag anyone if there is no case #.
They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.………….…
BUT, it’s a weekend and all the MODS are off partying 😁😁 so it may be early next week before you hear back! Actually, they are short staffed (on purpose) on weekends because Amazon doesn’t think anything bad happens then!
You will need a MOD to step in. I have not seen that one before that I recall.

It sounds like you have been found to be related to another account. If you previous account was deactivated, you will need to address that other account violations first.
