No sales, lost Fetured Offer eligibility on ALL listings

We have sold books for well over a decade on Amazon. I understand sales ebb and flow but we have not sold a single item since Feb. 17. Our account is healthy and in good standing.

We lost eglibility on all of our listings several weeks ago after canceling two orders pre-shipment due to inaccurate listing details. Full transparency: we discovered writing during our packing inspection in books that appeared and were listed as new.

We have lost eligiblity before and it usually returns within a week or two, but we continued having sales in the interim, just lower volume.

This time is different. We lost eligibility well over a month ago, sales tanked. That's expected. Not only has our eligiblity not returned, we haven't sold a single book in 10 days. I check prices every other day, and we are consistently the lowest or among the lowest.

It's like we don't exist in the marketplace anymore. I can find our listings but you have to dig through the listings and filter to "New" to even find our highly rated, quickly shipped listing.

@Glenn_Amazon I have seen you forward previous discussions like this for an eligiblity review. Could you please assist us?

This is killing our business and I can't get an answer from calling or emailing. I need a way to escalate this issue or talk with a Category Manager for Books. I think this issue is more than the Featured Offer. Our business practices are better than they've been in the past, and we have never had a dry spell stretch this long.
