I lost Featured Offer Eligibility on all books at once several weeks ago. My account is healthy. Every metric I have access to is well under Amazon's threshold. I have been selling books on Amazon for over a decade and over the last year, this has happened half a dozen times for no reason and completely obliterates our sales.
@Rose_Amazon can you help me get someone to review eligibility and provide more than a canned response? I see no reason why it has not been reinstated. You can see from my forum history that this is a persistant issue. The issue is clearly on a category basis and not item because every item either says yes or no.
I will add I have opened a new case on this issue and the ID is 14810495481.
