Lost featured offer eligibility on All used books

On Sunday 8/11/2024 I lost eligibility for the featured offer on all of my used books. I ve only had it for the last few weeks and my sales shot up big time, now they are dead. I had one negative feedback but it was removed by Amazon and I’m back to 100% feedback rating. I’ve had a couple pricing errors here and there that were immediately fixed so why did I lose eligibility? PLEASE HELP!!!

Open a case and ask why you lost FOE on your account. then post the Case ID here and hope a mod gets involved.

Please advise on what steps i need to take in order to regain eligibility for the featured offer. Person on the phone and via chat did not understand my situation. They were asking for specific asin but my ENTIRE INVENTORY is no longer featured offer ELIGIBLE.
