Need help of the US-Based representative.
Case log: ID 16030358451. Amazon seller's support ignoring our case and does not reply.
On Monday, 6/17/2024 we shipped our FBA shipment.
Shipment ID: FBA183ZQS0MS
Carrier Name: Amazon Freight LTL
PRO number: 1040703108
Now the system shows that our shipment has status "Automatically closed after 90 days" and our units were not delivered.
Although, the tracking information shows that the shipment was delivered on Saturday, 9/14/2024, but our units were not added to our FBA inventory.
Where are our items? The tracking shows they were delivered? It was Amazon carrier, Carrier Name: Amazon Freight LTL!

We tried to chat with another support guys from India, they told us that our case has been transferred and just closed our chat... ( ID: 16034796481)
The shipment cost was $6000 so we need to find our items.

What we have to do if the shipment was lost by Amazon's Carrier and Seller Support just closed the investigation without resolution?

I took another look into your case and see that the submitted documentation was missing one or more requirements in order to move forward with an investigation.
Please note that in order for your proof of ownership to be accepted, the document must be the original invoice from the supplier or manufacturer and must include the following information:

This shipment was delivered by the Amazon Freight LTL. (Your carrier)
We have the Bill of Lading signed by your carrier. But where we can find a proof of delivery for Amazon Freight LTL.
Other carriers have their own portals/websites where we can find this BOL, POD and invoice by PRO number.
Amazon Freight LTL doesn't have such a portal/website.
How can I find our Proof of Delivery? We have Amazon's tracking information that shows that the shipment was delivered to the final destination.
Where I can find a signed Proof of Delivery for shipment that was carried by the Amazon Freight LTL. (Your carrier)?

For LTL shipments, the Proof of Delivery will be a Bill of Lading showing the number of boxes in the shipment and the total weight when it was picked up by the carrier. Please note that this document must be stamped by Amazon confirming that the shipment was received and signed for at the fulfillment center. You may need to work with the carrier to receive a copy of this document if you do not have it.

We understand what are BOL and POD mean.
The issue is, there is no way to find POD for Amazon Freight LTL confirms that the shipment was delivered to the final destination.
We have only Bill of Lading, signed by Amazon Freight LTL carrier which confirms that the shipment was really picked up by YOUR carrier.
Other carriers (ESTES, ABF, etc.) have their websites we you can download BOL, POD, invoice just by PRO#.
Amazon Freight LTL does not have such a portal/website.
How we supposed to provide " ...this document must be stamped by Amazon confirming that the shipment was received and signed for at the fulfillment center. You may need to work with the carrier to receive a copy of this document if you do not have it." if Amazon Freight LTL. (Your carrier) does not provide? Can somebody help us to find POD for Amazon Freight LTL.
As I told you before, we have the signed BOL, confirming that your carrier picked up the shipment, this confirms that Amazon Freight LTL. (Your carrier) is further responsible for our shipment, we also have the tracking information provided by AMAZON, confirming that the shipment was delivered to the final destination "Saturday, 9/14/2024 6:59 AM PDT Package delivered.".
How we can get the signed POD from your carrier - Amazon Freight LTL?
Why is it that Amazon always tries to wriggle out of liability when it comes to lost items?

Can somebody finally help us or Amazon can lose $6,000 worth of your items and just ignore the investigation?
