Wrongfully Tagged as Fine Jewelry
Hello, some of our listings have been suppressed for months now. It is requesting approval to sell in the Fine category. We believe this is a mistake because our product is a low cost fashion jewelry. It is not made of precious metal or gemstone.
The listings are suppressed and we cannot sell in the Fashion category. Has anyone had a similar case?

I am having the same issues! They told me to keep responding to my case, but nothing worked - they sent me the same email over and over again. I do not think any messages I send them through my case are read. What is your status like? Did they help you? Looking for any advice.
