Hello Amazon Seller Support and all the Sellers,
My weekly bank settlement is not being settled since last 3 weeks. After connecting multiple times with the seller support, I am not being answered till when will my bank settlement happen. At the beginning I thought it is all because of services deduction I am currently using but after matching all the details from the payment section I got to know that still my account needs to be settled for all three weeks. But the team of seller support, on a single call they are not providing the solution and on every new call there's a new executive. What to do what not to do!? Do you guys have any solution for all this?
We observed that amazon easy ship team is changing the shipping labels of the original package and sending some cheap stuff to the customers, We are facing huge losses due to this situation. Anyone facing similar issues?
I have biggest issue regarding the return packet. The seller support team told me we have no access to contact the logistics partner. And there is no any option for raising complaints.
The delivery boy did not come to return the packet more than 10 packets not deliver and he marked delivery attempted. Some of the return packets they Mark sellers not accept return packets which is total false. No restriction for delivery boy for any reason update with seller location. They Mark at own office seller does not accept a return. Please look into this matter.
The seller support team told me to please fill easyship form but the easyship form only for packet miss pickup not for return miss delivery. I fill easyship form for return delivery then order I'd respond packet already picked up.
There is no any option for raise complain return packet not deliver to seller in this help page section. The seller support team not support for this matter. i have tried many times regarding this matter.
support team will not talk and tell with logistics partner for this seller has happened to this type of issue.
we have file multitimes safety claims but denied the claim. and this is trend for your logistics partner delivery associates, how much loss we bear?.

We have received mail and messages daily, and 16 packets were sent for return via OTP. However, the delivery associate has not come to deliver the packets, and no one has taken action against this delivery associate. We have complained about this boy many times, but there has been no improvement in this delivery associate.
Amazon team told me ""It can take up to 30 days from the date of pick-up to deliver a return to the seller. if the shipment is not ‘Returned/Delivered to seller’ within 30 days from the date of refund to the buyer, Amazon will reimburse you in accordance with the Safe-T policy."" but Safe-T policy. reimburse zero rupees every not return packet This is a double loss of my return.
We are amazon seller , we face many issue in easy ship return.
1. Sometime we don't receive the returned product in return. they show it is delivered but this is not true. there should be two way otp system , now there is only one way otp system , that product has been handover and received at warehouse.
2. We received wrong product in return , when easy ship person pickup the product from customer end, they should check it is same as mentioned on their list
3. if we mentioned some customer suspicious in advance there should be cross checking from amazon end.

I have enrolled in Easy ship Prime (Seller Fulfilled Prime) and I have enabled prime for Expedited delivery in different regions by updating self ship templates.
I have few queries related to it.
1. What is the timeline for expedited delivery?
2. Do I have to self ship or Amazon's pickup guy come to pickup the order like regular easy ship order?
3. Are there any extra charges? if it is then who bear it? customer or seller?
4. Does customers in selected regions see Prime badge on my products?
