I bought Amazon shipping . I shipped on time . The shipping label I bought OTDR PROTECTED and should have been delivered on time but the shipper had a PACKAGE DELAY . The label had the badge OTDR protected . . I was still then hit with OTDR ! I opened a case with seller support ( ID 15934812601 ) WHEN I go to Ups tracking I can see the package went from GA. to MISSISSIPPI and made 5 trips back and forth then after 11 days Ups delivered the package . I was OTDR protected . HOWEVER I was hit on my metrics for OTDR . WHY ?

I have been losing the Buy Box for over a week because my OTDR dropped from 100% to 67% (today, it increased to 81.48). We only use Amazon's buy shipping server with OTDR-approved methods and automation (Claim Protected and OTDR Protected).

According to the OTDR report, the issue is with USPS Ground Advantage because the carrier has an internal shipment delay. We dropped the packages the same day we received the orders, so it's supposed Amazon covers us because I bought these labels from the Buy shipping service. Amazon automatically moves our delivery time a week more than competitors, affecting our business because we lose the buy box for almost all our products.

I need help, as this is not correct. I want it removed and my score put back to 100%.
