OTDR Protected. REALLY I just got hit with OTDR and the reason why is Ups had a ( Package delayed in transit )

I bought Amazon shipping . I shipped on time . The shipping label I bought OTDR PROTECTED and should have been delivered on time but the shipper had a PACKAGE DELAY . The label had the badge OTDR protected . . I was still then hit with OTDR ! I opened a case with seller support ( ID 15934812601 ) WHEN I go to Ups tracking I can see the package went from GA. to MISSISSIPPI and made 5 trips back and forth then after 11 days Ups delivered the package . I was OTDR protected . HOWEVER I was hit on my metrics for OTDR . WHY ?

Did you have Automatic Handling Time turned on?

Did you have Shipping Setting Automation turned on?

If you answered No to either of those, you were not covered. It is a smoke and mirrors trick. If you hover over that OTDR badge, the fine print states that this is applicable if you have all those turned on and use Amazon Buy Shipping.

Time to go to other platforms.

This is BS on AMZ's part. There's no rationale for this. If the customer is not complaining about delayed or (lost) delivery, why should AMZ butt in?
