Read onlyI keep adding photos-videos of the steps of the handmade process I use to make my items. I called customer support they cant help. Only handmade team- but I keep getting the same generic email. Does anyone know a way to contact handmade directly to get information. Seems weird to be so elusive about what is wrong. I paint the design, use illutrator, then print and cut them myself. Not sure what else I can do besides- make the paper and ink myself.
Very frustrating and wasting time.
