Pending lost inbound cases

So there has been much talk around here lately of lost inbound cases pending for a long time. Which leads me to my question. If a case was pending before March 10th but gets approved after March 10th will we get the new lower reimbursement amount or the old higher reimbursement amount?

We reached out to our partner team with that question, along with seller comments about extending waiting periods for inbound cases.

Our team asked us to share that claims filed before the policy effective date will be processed under the previous reimbursement policy. The new cost-based policy only applies to claims submitted on or after the policy effective date.
