You asked me to start my own thread with a case ID.

Unless, I am missing something, no case ID is created when a DMCA counter notice is filed. I filed a counter notice against complaint ID 16488805521 on October 16. That is 16 days ago.

As per the DMCA, the listing should be restored within 10-14 days unless the complainant files suit, which has not happened in this matter.

I have noticed that Amazon drags their feet on these reinstatements. I wonder why.

I've initiated a counter-notice DMCA on august 7 and has been accepted on august 9.In the email it says that the process may take up to 16 days.I have not been sued during this period yet after 17 days after the counter-notice has been accepted my asisn have not been reinstated,I've reached seller support and they ddin't solve my problem and said to initiate another counter-notice even after showing them proof that i've already submitted one that has been accepted and the 16 days period has passed.

I would like for a mod to look into this prolem.

I filed a DMCA counter-notification on January 18th and it was approved on January 23rd. The email said that the process could take up to 16 days. During this time, I have not been sued, but it has been 40 days since the counter-notification was accepted and my asin has not been restored, nor have I received any notification emails
