Thanks for taking time in this case, the buyer wroten a feedback "Was sent a press that is smaller and not what was advertised that I ordered", order number is # 111-1149313-4299401; the entire feedback is product review and the buyer never contacted us via E-mail.
When we contact Amazon Feedback Manager for removal( case ID # 14368751821), we met a "ROBOT RESPONSE" in quick time. It is very unfair for seller, please check this carefully and help us remove this feedback since it is whole product review.
Amazon's Robot Response in this case is very unprofessional and injustice,I CAN NOT AGREE with the Amazon's feedback "ROBOT RESPONSE" process; WE DO NEED HELP IN THIS CASE.
If a buyer is sent something other than what was ordered this is because the seller did something wrong. The feedback is a direct reflection of the seller's performance. Exactly what feedback is intended for.
There is no aspect of that feedback that is a product review.

I agree some that it could be taken that way, but it can also be taken as ... you as a seller did not send a product that matched the product page.
In this case the review is about the seller and not the product itself.
Your out of luck on this and should move on. Amazon hasn't cared about FB for years now.
