Read onlyIt is so confusing, and annoying, that Amazon allows buyers to abuse sellers by returning an empty box, they complained about something other than they product they bought and they left negative feedback. While we were granted a SAFE-T Claim and the negative feedback appears to have been removed or hidden on the product, the negative 1-star review still has a negative impact on my Customer Service Performance and Customer Service Insights. We tried to dispute the negative review (16690565661), but we were denied. We work very hard to take care of customers, but when a customer abuses a seller, it really feels like Amazon does little to nothing to protect a seller.
