Read onlyAmazon customer left me negative feedback for an item i do not sell. The customer left me negative feedback for eclipse glasses. I have never sold this item. The customer left negative feedback for me that was meant for another seller. How do I get the negative feedback removed?
Your best bet is to contact the buyer and ask if they will consider removing the feedback. Remind them of what they ordered from you to refresh their memory.
You will want to include a link for the buyer to find the page to remove feedback.
There is no step by step that you can give them that would reliably take them to that page.
To find the link, just go in through your own orders (buyer side, not seller side) and -- for something not sold by Amazon -- click on view order details.
That should give you a link to leave seller feedback.
That will take you to a page that has a tab for Completed Feedback. Click that tab and then copy out the URL
I've actually had this happen myself, except the other way around with positive feedback. Somehow a buyer left me the same feedback as a competitor. Very odd...
This happened to me and Amazon refused to remove it. They buyer's feedback claimed that all their Mtn Dew cans were damaged. I don't sell soda. The buyer refused to remove it... his reply was... "so where is my candy"... I told him it was delivered to his mailbox... he then claimed he never got it... it seemed as though he was holding me hostage with negative feedback and wanted a refund to remove it.
Hello @Seller_LooWbKMoDCNJ4,
Michelle at Amazon here. Do you have a case with the feedback removal team that you can send me so I can take a look?
Thanks,
Michelle
That sounds like a product review, and should have been removed....
Good luck with that! I had the EXACT same thing happen to me. A customer left a PRODUCT REVIEW of a product I've never sold, on my SELLER FEEDBACK. I tried over and over and over to get it fixed. NO ONE WOULD LISTEN. I gave up. https://www.amazon.com/sp?ie=UTF8&seller=A2E14S0EVQA3XB&asin=B07JH6PFDQ&ref_=dp_merchant_link
amazon feedback system is literally trash ...
yours is ridiculous, mine is buyer left a feedback saying we refused his return which we NEVER say such, in fact we told buyer to return for refund. we think the buyer tried to scam us to give him money back while keeping the product, but we did not do so, and we told him to return, he got angry then leave a feedback saying we refused him to return...
amazon feedback system is a complete joke now, and you know what, they counted this against your store ....
