Customer Left NEGATIVE feedback for seller

A customer left me negative feedback. I resolved their problem and they have agreed to remove the feedback but when they follow Amazon's steps for removing negative seller feedback, there is no link allowing them to actually remove it. This has happened twice where the customers have bent over backwards to try to remove it to no avail. I called customer service and after an hour of being disconnected 3 times, I still have no solution!!!

There is no easy to explain step by step process that will take the buyer to the page they need. To find the URL to that page go through your own orders (buyer side). Look for recent orders from a third party seller and go to the order detail page. Click on leave seller feedback (no you don't have to do that). That will take you to a page where you can find the tab for feedback you have left. That's the URL you need and you should copy that out to have on hand for this type of thing.
