I received a product safety violation on my Amazon account, where I've been selling for years with 80,000 SKUs in stock across more than 11 warehouses. Upon receiving the violation, we removed the affected product from our inventory and have no intention of relisting it. However, Amazon categorized this as a "no impact" to "high impact" repeat violation, even though we deleted the listing.
We do not have an ISO letter, which is why we do not plan to reinstate this product in the future. I would like to know what actions I can take, as I do not have the option to submit a plan of action for my account. Our product detail pages attract over 8 million customer sessions every month.
I want to address these violations, acknowledge the mistake, and confirm that we will not relist the product. Additionally, I seek clarification on why Amazon has classified this as a repeat violation despite our efforts to remove it and our intention not to relist. Thank you for your assistance.
