Order offers only UPS for PO Box Delivery
I have an order from a customer who provided a PO Box. The order shows this below the ship by/deliver by box:
These are the shipping services offered (note that clicking "See all" just shows everything UPS, but all USPS is greyed out):
As usual, Seller Support does not understand the issue.
Anyone have a magic fix?

The only solution I know is to buy your postage elsewhere, and enter the tracking number on Amazon. You lose INR protection, but at least you get to ship the order.
I've had this happen more than once, and like you, never been able to get Amazon to resolve it.

I got an order overnight that I have to ship today.
But no USPS option! I don't know if USPS won't deliver there but only Fed Ex options appeared. There is no way for me to get FedEx here today.
I had to cancel the order.
Sick of this kind of thing happening.

UPDATE NOTE: Apparently, UPS Ground Saver can deliver to a PO Box. This doesn't explain why USPS methods were not available.

UPS will Drop Off at Post Offices...You Can buy your own postage if necessary.

had same issue had to ship via usps or it will come back they will not except ups anything at po box
