UPS labels down or glitching?

Is anyone else experiencing an issue with UPS Ground labels? We went to print labels this morning and had to hit refresh a number of times for UPS to be an option. Amazon Buy Shipping kept giving us USPS options, which is funny since they are closed today. The orders are from the weekend and we wanted to ship today via UPS.

What we're shipping has a ship by date of 11/12 (tomorrow) and deliver by date of 11/18, so maybe we're shipping faster than Amazon would like? The boxes are standard 9x9x4 and 2 lbs, and no extra services. Monday holidays always seem to cause an issue.

Not only did we have to refresh the shipping a number of times, but when able to select UPS Ground the system gave us an error message and a different shipping charge. Luckily the label did not print, but what the heck. Is anyone else seeing this? At this point we'll just wait an hour or so and try again but we've been trying all morning so far.

It's only been minutes since our post, but after hitting refresh a few more times the Total delivery charge figure finally matches the estimate in the shipping options list for $8.76. We hit the button and the label printed fine.

We're guessing the error was a result of the charge amounts not matching? Who knows. But if you have the same issue just keep refreshing the order page until it matches lol.

another update:

looking at our transaction history and today's UPS Ground labels were charged at the higher figure. Like the one pictured shows, we were charged $12.01 for that particular label. Another order charged us $13.09 when it had $9.80 (or so) on the screen when we printed.

When using UPS Ground Saver, the amounts we were charged are the same as what the Buy Shipping screen showed us.

I guess it's some sort of glitch with the shipping rate tables for UPS Ground. We noticed it one time last week as well but didn't write down the data.

They are just ripping sellers off just like last week USPS weight tiers are off forcing you to over pay and we are seeing some today they are telling us 2 day UPS or it will be late and all this BS makes you not to want to sell on this garbage. FAIL FAIL FAIL!
