I have been calling, chat boxing, emailing for months on trying to get this resolved. No one ever helps me, instead they just regurgitate text and verbiage from their policy. I've asked to speak with a human from this department that can HELP me resolve this and furthermore CLARIFY what SPECIFICALLY i am missing. I've sent in my DL, documents, statements, etc. This account is NOT new, had for years and yet I am at a stance still. I start calls and chats with regular reps and they make me waste my time going thru the issue, just to always reply "this is a different department and can only communicate via email". They open new cases, only to have then closed shortly thereafter bc i just get auto reply messages from the department. Never a person, anything showing they are human and willing to help. The amount of money I spend with amazon as a consumer and small business, this is a travesty how they are treating people. I cant even imagine how older business owners are maneuvering on this platform, bc clearly customer service has been replaced by bots that are masked as "efficiency". How is this efficient? I am losing money every day my items is not online. And spent hours trying to resolve. Now I am forced to go on a message board. SAD! I just want a resolution and clarity on WHAT to send and WHY what i'm sending isn't working. I don't need general pre composed text/emails. I need help!!!! Have some compassion for those that are beyond frustrated with the holes in your communication and the money they've put into your company over the years.
