According to deletion rules, feedback should be deleted if the entire text is a product review. The comment in question is: "It didn’t have any holes for the screws for the legs and the lid was damaged"

Dear letters and numbers, you have to be a new seller. That happens all the time to all of us. Amazon will not remove or move that. Just learn to live with it. That's how selling on Amazon works.

I understand that you received negative feedback on an order. Please note that Amazon will remove feedback if the entire feedback comment is a product review. However, if the comment contains both a product review and feedback about your service, we will not remove the feedback. In this case, the feedback includes information regarding the condition of the product that was received (damaged) and therefore is not eligible for removal. This is because packaging of the order is the seller's responsibility.
