My account got deactivated due to section 3 because they have concerns about the authenticity of one products that I didn sold since october 2023, and they asked for a invoice from my distributor, I provided them the invoice with all the information required but they said they were unable to verify the supplier.
After that they asked for an invoice, receipt etc from my supplier s supplier or letter of autorization, but my distributor don t want to offer me any of those documents, I tried talking with the support but all they do is copy paste the same answear asking for those documents.
What else I can do if I can t get those documents?
My account got deactivated due to also section 3 and Amazon asked me to submit an invoice of one of my ASINs they said it was not authentic. I submitted the invoice from an approved supplier and was sure they sell authentic products. My invoice had all the information they asked me but at the end they said our evaluation was completed but we don't have enough information to to reactivate your account without explaining what information was missing or what was not enough.
If anyone got their account deactivated because of the same issue, please share what you did to reactivate it?
