My account was deactivated for unknown reason

My account was deactivated due to inactivity for a few months.

The reason for the deactivation is that I supposedly have another inactive account, and I must resolve the issue and activate that account first.

The problem is, I have only created one account.

Hi KATRADIS,

Thanks for your post. My name is Nikolaus and I would like to help you with any questions you may have. I understand that your account is deactivated due to another account which is related to yours.

It is possible that you have registered “Globally.”. What does that mean? With global registration, you can create Amazon seller accounts in multiple Amazon stores worldwide with an application for registration. This is how you unify your selling experience in Amazon's international stores and you can easily manage and customize your business.

If this is the case, you must complete the registration, normally you should have received more information about this on the US marketplace, and as soon as registration is complete, you should be able to reactivate your EU marketplaces. You can find information about this at:

https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/GKMK7CM7F9Q8FKUG?ref_=xx_swlang_head_xx&mons_sel_locale=en_DE&languageSwitched=1

An important note about this: If you complete the registration, it doesn't mean that you have to sell in the USA.

I hope I was able to help you out.

Please keep us up to date and get in touch here if you have any further questions.

Greetings,

Nikki
