We label all of our ASINs prior to sending to AWD, and all AWD shipments are marked as no prep required during the shipment workflow. We use AWD auto-replenishment for all ASINs. All of our AWD to FBA auto-replenishment shipments (created automatically by Amazon) also show no labeling or prep required.
For some reason we have one particular ASIN that is always being charged a $0.55 labeling fee when the auto-replenishment is sent from AWD to FBA, even though the units are already labeled and the auto-replenishment shipments are marked no prep required. This has happened with every AWD to FBA auto-replenishment shipment of this particular ASIN, across shipments to multiple FCs. We have opened cases for each instance. One case was quickly resolved and the erroneous fees refunded. The other cases have been stuck with seller support for months - 15152805751, 15328080621, and 15328166591.
We have thousands of additional units of this ASIN at AWD, and I'm worried this issue will persist every time Amazon creates and AWD to FBA auto-replenishment.
We were early adopters of AWD and were assigned an Amazon AWD account manager, who said she could help us with any AWD issues. When we initially reported this issue to her she said we needed to contact seller support. I've since tried to escalate the unresolved issue, but she never responded to our email.
We're stuck at this point. Can someone at Amazon help?
