AWD and FBA seems to have lost 4 cartons of our inventory.
We sent one pallet containing 10 skus (1 box each).
We see that AWD received all units sent. Immediately after, they auto-fulfilled all inventory to FBA.
However, when they created the shipments (3) - the contents included skus with ZERO quantities.
So our total inventory sent to AWD and received by AWD equaled 269 units.
The amount AWD appears to have sent to Amazon is 161 units (4 skus had 0 qtys).
The issue is - those 4 skus are nowhere to be found - they are not showing at AWD and they are not showing at FBA.
So - where did these skus go? How can AWD generate replenishment shipments with quantities of 0 units?
How can we be reimbursed for this?
