We have found several undelivered AWD to FBA shipments over the past 6 months. The lost goods are worth 1000's of dollars. We submitted the proper paperwork but the case just shows Pending Amazon Action. THey have been in this status for over 6 weeks. Usual lost inbound (like through UPS) is resolved in days. Has anyone else had this issue? We really like AWD but to have goods just disappear between them and FBA is ridiculous. It's all moving on an Amazon truck.
Any options to get with AWD directly? It's a black box with no support.

Just wanted to add that we’re facing the exact same issue with missing AWD-to-FBA shipments. No resolution for weeks despite all documentation. Has anyone found a way to escalate this?
