Read onlyHi,
I started my amazon business one and half year ago, and since I was not experienced enough I chose generic as my brand name at that time, and did not know its a very big deal for amazon to change it, while from the beginning my brand was attached to the product. This problem is only for one of my products which is my main product and it has a good selling history and number of reviews now, so I can not create another ASIN.
I have created so many cases without result. I need help, as all other competitors have access to other features like A+ content and it makes it hard for me to continue this competition.
here is the latest case ID :16590776531
So, that was a violation from the beginning. Generic listings MUST not mention or show ANY brand. OK, the AI didn't find your listing, you were lucky. But don't wait that this will last long time.
No, it's not a big deal, it's NO deal at all. A generic listing can not be changed in a branded listing. Never. You HAVE to buy UPC codes from GS1 and create a new listing, no matter how many cases you create.
@Seller_gE51eSwLWKAo2 : same situation. We read that daily.
Unfortunately not.---
Hello @Seller_uQ2G2u8oyIGd6,
Thank you for reaching out with your concerns with your product. As mentioned by @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC products cannot be changed from Generic to Brand or Brand to Generic. You will not be able to retain your sales history and you will need to create a new ASIN using your Brand Name and using your UPC. Thank you for your understanding.
