Read onlyThe shipment I sent to the FBA has been signed for. This can be found from the inventory ledger. But after a week, all the inventory disappeared. Amazon refused compensation for "an unexpected FNSKU". And no evidence was provided. This is very unreasonable behavior. Please help me if Amazon refuses to compensate. I will handle this through a lawyer.
Here are the replies I received:
Our research shows that the 84 units of FNSKU ****** that you sent with shipment FBA****** have arrived at our fulfillment center as an unexpected FNSKU when compared to your shipping plan. Unfortunately, we are unable to recover the physical inventory of the located item at this time, due to the error in shipment plan creation. We are unable to reimburse or reconcile the discrepancies you have asked to investigate for these items because of the error.

That's odd. Did you send more units or different units to FBA than you said in your shipping plan? Or did your supplier package and ship?
yep. this is happening to me and other sellers i know too.
example: you send in 10 units of something, all 10 units are received. then 1 month later, all 10 units are removed. you try to reconcile the shipment and now Amazon uses the copy pasted response you posted. but when you ask them what was the unexpected FNSKU they received, no answer.
i've had items all received in a shipment and FOUR MONTHS LATER they remove them. i think they are losing items in the warehouse or something and then they just put the burden on us
AMAZON IS LITERALLY RECEIVING THE QUANTITY WE SAID WE SENT IN, THEN REMOVING IT MONTHS LATER AND ABSOLVING THEMSELVES OF ALL RESPONSIBILITY.
THIS IS FRAUD.
