Case ID 15482092181 is stuck on "transferred" status since six days.
I have talked to another seller support agent (Case ID 15514671161) regarding the original matter, he guided me that there are no restrictions on my payments or disbursements since the TRO has been lifted, but my net proceeds still show $0, despite of having enough funds for disbursement.
When I upload the tracking of a new order, the payment starts showing the correct amount under NET PROCEEDS, but after 10 15 minutes the amount again reverts to $0.
The seller support agent said there is some other issue and the payment team will have to investigate it, but the payment team never contacts back. I have to pay my vendors and shippers, I need my payment. I have already missed two disbursements because of this issue.
