Initial Complaint Filing: We initially filed complaints about trademark infringement. However, it came to our attention that these complaints contained mistakes.
Revocation of Complaint Ability: As a result of these errors, our ability to file further complaints was revoked five days ago.
Repeated Appeals: We have made several attempts to appeal this decision and reactivate our complaint privileges. Unfortunately, each appeal was rejected, and we received only template responses without any specific guidance.
Removal from Brand Registry: Three days ago, all our brands were removed from the Amazon Brand Registry, significantly impacting our business operations.
We have strictly adhered to the process outlined by Amazon, using the "Appeal this decision" option. However, the lack of a substantive response to our appeals has left us without a clear understanding of the issue and no viable path forward (ID 9919781922).
Given the critical nature of this situation, we urgently request your help in understanding the real issue behind our removal from the Brand Registry. Additionally, we seek your guidance on the steps we need to take to rectify this situation and reinstate our brands on the Amazon Brand Registry.

Unfortunately the case ID you have provided is not available to me. I run into this from time to time when a case is not in the US store. Being in the US Forums, I can only access US cases. There are Community Managers in the Seller Forums in other stores that may be able to review this case.

Thank you for the case ID and I do see that you provided some additional information 1 day ago. Ideally the appeals team will respond in the next 7 days.
I did also come across that your selling account is also associated with 16 other brands that have been removed from brand registry. I do not know the details on these brands removals, but that would be another potential blocker for you.
