Read onlyhello all, I registered our Amazon seller account professional in November 2024, registered our brand also, and launched our first 3 ASINs last January on Amazon, and the sales some less, and after I created the first shipment to FBA I received mail before 2 days informed me our account is deactivated, and I submitted an appeal with some documents before 48 hours and no any update yet, Amazon seller account has been deactivated, and your listings have been removed in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. Continue to ship open orders and respond to customer inquiries to avoid further impact on your account.
plz help me for this case.

OK, they clearly explain what you have to provide. And they do NOT ask for an appeal, just for your paperwork. AND a CREDIT card on file. Not debit, not prepaid. From a REAL bank, not a virtual bank or a payment provider. That's all!

They write "Your account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent or ilegal activity".
That is very severe and there is no return from that. You can not repair that and will never again be allowed to sell on Amazon in your life.
Don't create another account in someone else's name, that one would be deactivated too immediately.
