Inactive Markets

Hi, for a long time the markets of MX, CA and US have been inactive, i have created tickets about this and the verification team ends up re-verifying my account, this has happened a lot of times but the marketplaces are still as inactive. I don't know what to do anymore, please help.

Hi there, my name is CR and wanted to see if I can get you some information here. Can I ask, have you opened a case with Seller Support on this issue recently? Do you have a case # you can drop below and I'd be happy to take a further look there. From my end, I do see it showing you inactive in MX/CAN/USA on your 'Account info' page.

I don't see any recent performance notifications needing your attention for further verification so I am trying to see if I can gather any more information to what is happening here.
