Hi, for a long time the markets of MX, CA and US have been inactive, i have created tickets about this and the verification team ends up re-verifying my account, this has happened a lot of times but the marketplaces are still as inactive. I don't know what to do anymore, please help.

Amazon asked you some specific information you could not deliver. That's why your appeal was rejected and your account will remain deactivated.
Only you know what they were asking for and only you can provide these documents or information.

Do you have a case # you can drop below and I'd be happy to take a further look there. From my end, I do see it showing you inactive in MX/CAN/USA on your 'Account info' page.
I don't see any recent performance notifications needing your attention for further verification so I am trying to see if I can gather any more information to what is happening here.
