Brand Name Missing from Product Title

I don't understand why my brand name is missing from product titles. This is happening across all my ASIN's. The aggravating part is that my competitors product titles all have their brand names. A quick search across Amazon's listings will show millions of ASIN's with brand names in titles. Why are mine being excluded?

It's important to have my brand name as part of the title because I don't sell a generic product, it's customized. I've established brand equity in my niche. My trademarked brand name is meaningful. To leave it out suggests that I'm selling a generic product, which isn't true. I'm brand registered. See Case ID 17244419321. Please help.

Hello @Seller_5mlciyBV8HB8D,

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I can assist. Thanks for adding the case ID and I see that the case is still being reviewed.

In the interim, please review the Amazon Search help page, this does sort of restate the response you already received on the case you shared. My recommendation is to ensure you are doing all the things listed on that help page to have your brand name surface, but if after you have it still does not appear, I do encourage you to open another case with Seller Support.

I've been struggling with this also, and finally got the following response from support:

In order to improve the customer shopping experience, we have launched a new way to show product titles that brings the most important information about the product and brand to the forefront with the focus of driving higher conversion and increased sales.

In certain cases, we are giving more space in the title to displaying additional product features that will be more helpful to the customer instead of the brand name. Brand name will continue to be displayed on the product detail page in the “Brand” byline.

Brands that do not have their brand name show in titles, but want their brand name to be displayed, can focus on building a stronger brand by communicating their unique brand story and value proposition with Amazon tools like Brand Stores, Posts, A+ Brand Story and Sponsored Brands.

Furthermore, brands can keep their customers engaged and better informed by communicating with them via Brand Tailored Promotions and Customer Reviews. By using these tools and creating high quality content, sellers can make their brand name more relevant and more likely to be displayed in the title.

Me, a chad: We have the 5 best selling products in a subcategory, with another 8 in the top 30 products. We have EBC and A+ on all products, a store that sees thousands of clicks a day, runs posts, and sponsored brands ads.

Amazon: "We have removed your brand name from the title because your brand is weak and pathetic, you must improve it by emailing cart abandoners a discount"

Cmon guys, who wrote this policy and thought "yeah this makes sense"
