2. 2 Truths 1 Lie: For this question please check the Brand Registry Application Guide for hints!

A. The brand name you apply with must be exactly the same as what you register with the trademark office.

B. The sample ASINs that you provide in the application does not need to be under your brand name you are applying for.

C. The image must be an actual photo of the product you are planning to sell under your brand.

A. Truth! Brand applications must match the trademark exactly.

B. Lie! Please check section 3.2 ASINs of your brand in the Brand Registry application guide for this information.

This is an optional field. If you already sell products under your brand name, you can add the ASINs here. If you already have ASINs under a different brand, do not add them here otherwise the application will be denied. While the store field defaults to Amazon.com, you can click on the dropdown menu to see more stores.

C. Truth! Images submitted must be the actual product and must not be digitally altered.

3. Answer: IP Accelerator, this allows sellers to get connected with vetted law firms for registering your brand.

Hello @Sandy_Amazon

We are the Brand Registered Manager for close to 14 years and we just need Brand Registry to actually protect a registered brand.

We have had 5 well established ASINs for baby pacifiers hijacked by a seller of "anti-barking devices" for dogs! This seller has been called out on the Seller Forum before for the exact same violation.

We have attempted to protect our brand from consumer confusion by following the proper procedures and filing cases with Seller Central support, Brand Registry and "Report Abuse" to no avail. Each "support" venue gives a cut and paste non-answer and, more importantly, does NOT remove the hijackers devices from our pacifier listings.

As a last resort, we posted on the forum and tagged multiple moderators. Again, No answer and NO RESOLUTION to protect our BRAND REGISTERED products. Post here: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/seller-forums/discussions/t/3e89f4e3-c6dd-4b6d-89c1-fb7228837952?postId=3e89f4e3-c6dd-4b6d-89c1-fb7228837952

Rather than trivia, please tell sellers what the actual benefits of Brand Registry are, because based on 14 years of experience, Brand Registry does not execute the support they promise!

Thank you
