May I ask how I can find a buyer with a negative review and contact them to resolve the issue? I have tried to find this negative review in the buyer's voice, buyer reviews, and feedback manager, but have not found it.

Please note that this customer left a negative review on Aug 5, claiming that she had used our product for twice, it stopped working. However, The package was only delivered on Aug 8, which means the customer used the product for twice without even receiving it. Amazing!!!
