Really, Amazon does not care about their sellers at all. We do not control Canada Post to end the strike. customers are posting negative feedbacks because of which my account ODR is high now but there is no help and support from Amazon. This is how its going to be for small businesses on Amazon. Customers are writing negative feedback even after carrier attempted delivery twice. some one gave a negative feedback stating "Bad rating for any seller that uses Canada post!!! Terrible service" Wow I think this is generic for all sellers and we control Canada post. after high losses, now high ODR this is perfect for seller.

I am receiving negative reviews on my products due to Amazon sending the customers similar products that arnt compatible. Amazon resending products that other fraudulous customers sent back that seemed "New" or Amazon sending them complete incorrect products.

I try everything to get these reviews removed, i send emails and i report the reviews and nothing is removed unfortunately.

We messaged our customer right away as soon as we noticed this comment to help and support. The health of our account is impacted by unfairly negative comments.. I then fixed the problem, removed the ASIN from my store, and closed the listing. I messaged the customer right away to ask if they wanted a refund or not, and I also started a full refund for all the customers who were impacted—no returns needed.

As a small business, our feedback metrics are extremely important to us, and I would be very grateful if this feedback were removed. However, I would be very happy if Amazon removed this particular feedback. happening again, and our quality control practices have been greatly improved due to this error.
