My competitor left me 5 negative reviews at once, what should I do?

My product reviews have always been very good. Last week, I suddenly received 5 negative reviews in a row. My review dropped from 4.3 to 3.9

This is very abnormal. After my investigation, I found that these were negative reviews maliciously left by competitors. I have sufficient The evidence proves that it is a fake evaluation

Please note that this customer left a negative review on April 26th, claiming that she had used our product for 3 nights. However, The package was only delivered on April 28th, which means the customer used the product for 3 nights without even receiving it. Amazing!!!
