My competitor left me 4 negative reviews at once, what should I do?

My product reviews have always been very good. Last week, I suddenly received 4 negative reviews in a row. My review dropped from 4.5 to 3.6.

This is very abnormal. After my investigation, I found that these were negative reviews maliciously left by competitors. I have sufficient The evidence proves that it is a fake evaluation

Please note that this customer left a negative review on Aug 5, claiming that she had used our product for twice, it stopped working. However, The package was only delivered on Aug 8, which means the customer used the product for twice without even receiving it. Amazing!!!

Too much unfair competition is killing us local sellers. It's not that our American companies lack competitiveness, it's just that our competitors are too despicable.

I have reported fake reviews to Amazon, but it has not had any effect. These reviews seriously affects my sales.

If this is really from a competitor, the AI will recognize it and suspend her account. But unfortunately that can take months. For the moment you can't do anything, it's even a "Verified Purchase" and Amazon never removes reviews.

You can report it as abuse, but nothing will happen.

Where have I clicked on the report in the comments, but no follow-up. We feel helpless and hope Amazon will take immediate action to investigate and remove these malicious reviews to maintain the integrity of the Amazon community.

The previous one was not solved, and there were three more fake reviews.

1. None of them has a Verified Purchase.

2. All of these buyer accounts have only 1 review, and all of them are negative and are for the same product, which is not in line with normal reviews.

3. Those reviews were post on August 9, It's a very concentrated period of time, it's not consistent with the normal review display time, which shows that it was post on the same day, or over a period of time.

4. The number of bad reviews for this product increased by 6 in a week (Three of these bad reviews were added on the same day) and the number of malicious reviews for my product without going through with the purchase is 3. According to the previous record of bad reviews for this product, this is not normal.
