Read onlyMay I ask how I can find a buyer with a negative review and contact them to resolve the issue? I have tried to find this negative review in the buyer's voice, buyer reviews, and feedback manager, but have not found it.
Be VERY careful contacting any buyer concerning feedback or reviews. There are strict policies about what you can and cannot say.
Is this item your brand? Are you in Brand registry?
If you are talking about product review (not seller feedback), sellers are not allowed to contact buyers regarding product review. Not for any reason.
The sole exception is through brand registry, and then only if Amazon has supplied a link.
