Read onlySomebody, please help me. I recently shipped goods via ocean freight to Amazon FBA directly and shared the container ID for tracking. I updated the same tracking information on the FBA shipment. Now, the shipment is at the port, and the shipper has shared an ISA ID with me. I am confused, and Amazon Seller Support is not responding regarding this issue. Can someone please tell me where to update this ISA ID and how it works with Amazon?
