Unable to use Amazon SEND via ocean for India to US shipment
I'm trying to send my shipment from India to Amazon US AWD facilities, however Amazon SEND's options to send the shipment using Ocean freight just aren't visible. All I see is Air shipment. I've followed this guide - https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/GM67353TPP5RNGKE
I've changed Indian origin address to Jaipur, Delhi, Mumbai, still doesn't show. I've also tried the standard "Send to Amazon FBA workflow, there too, I only see Air shipping options via SEND.
Has anyone else experienced this, what am I missing?

Hey there,
I too am trying to ship my goods from Mumbai to US FBA, not US AWD and facing the exact same issue. The only option I see on the workflow is Amazon partnered air shipping and no options for ocean even though the guide mentions POTA as one of the partnered carriers for ocean. I did reach out to another shipper called Xhipment who is also supposed to be their partnered carrier for ocean but have been informed that they are currently partners only for air shipping. Did you manage to find a solution to this?
