Read onlyWe have a customer who has subscribed to S&S and over the last two years has cancelled 50 orders for the same product. They have never let an order fill but recently they missed a cancel and the order filled and they got a 100% refund from C/S. Reason Product Not As Described.
First how how do we cancel an abusive S&S customer?
Any way for us to not fund the refund as it was not our fault?
This distorts the forecasting and allows the customer to potentially get a large discount than they are really entitled too.
I see no way to protect ourselves from this abuse

I am very sorry to hear about this suspected customer abuse. Please provide me with at least five Order numbers where this occurred and I will continue an investigation.
