Can anyone shed any light on eligibility for Subscribe and Save box? It appears as though all of the things we sell would be eligible, but we seldom get that feature offered box. At first, I thought you had to be the brand owner of a product, but looking at who usually gets the S & S box- that definitely is not the case. I am certain that these sellers are not the brand owners.

We do (occasionally) get 1 or 2 sales that are subscribe and save but i've never once seen us with the box.

I'm having trouble enrolling my 2 ASINs in the Subscribe and Save program.

I get an error "Offer isn’t suitable for Subscribe & Save as it is not replenishable. The product must be replenishable at least every 6 months." from Check Subscribe & Save eligibility tool. I'm 100% believe this product is replenishable.

Open few cases (Case 15144876861) but NOT helpful reply as always, keep telling me to use that tool which I already know and that is the issue come from.

Anyone can help me?

We sell a reusable item, but it often times gets replenished by customers every six months or earlier. What's most frustrating is that when I bought a kitchen scale, Sold by Amazon, I was immediately offered it to be signed up for their Subscribe and Save. Who needs to replenish a kitchen scale every six months? I was told by Support essentially to stop asking questions about why a kitchen scale is eligible for Subscribe & Save. Is this a case where Amazon can put their own items, regardless of how often a person would ever replenish it, in Subscribe & Save while 3rd Party Sellers are subject to either a bot metric or someone within the company who doesn't understand how buyers think?
