Read onlyWe want to find out if the Subscribe and Save buyers who request a refund if the units were returned to Amazon and put back in our FBA Inventory.
We looked at the return reports, nothing there, we see these orders on the refund reports, it appears Amazon already refunded them immediately.
So are the Subscribe & Save buyers now scamming us?
This particular buyer has done this twice all within a month but yet their orders are still happening and awaiting payment even after getting refunded for the last two.
Could someone please help clarify where/how we can find out if these refunded Subscribe & Save orders were returned to Amazon or not.
Hey there @Seller_tzb0Adb4whsRu- appreciate you seeking some guidance on Subscribe & Save orders here on the seller forums. I also appreciate you crossing out the customer names so I didn't need to edit this post at all!
Returned orders should show in the Return Reports, if they aren't returned within 60 days of the refund, you can file an FBA reimbursement claim per the FBA reimbursement policy.
From the included screenshot, it doesn't look like that timeframe has passed yet, but will be important to keep an eye on, or if you have any past orders meeting this description!
